As a fan of all different genres of music and someone who just loves it as a medium of art I feel like the idea that you can’t enjoy something that’s off a foreign language to you to be a restrictive perspective. It also misses out on other elements that give live performances meaning. It’s obviously about the music, but also the choreography and the energy of the vibes. I don’t speak Spanish and didn’t quite recognize all of the songs, but I thought the set pieces were sweet and represented the culture in a beautiful light. The instrumentals were so fun and full of life. I think the audio quality left a bit to be desired and the crowd didn’t hit the same as if it was in front of an audience that spoke the language, so those do knock it down a bit. I’m just overall really happy that Bad Bunny got to experience a moment like this and was able to share it with those it has meaning to. DTMF was such a beautiful note to end on. If you look up the lyrics you’ll understand the sentiment
