A bit disappointing that LAFC couldn’t hold on for the win, but this game could’ve been a lot worse for them. Vancouver was unfortunately a substantial amount better than LAFC. Thankfully, LAFC would be the team to take the first and only lead on the night! Son would score in the 37th minute for what would be their only goal! The Whitecaps were outshooting them by a lot, but Hugo Lloris was there to stop their chances! He finished with 4 saves! Unfortunately, he wouldn’t get the shutout because Thomas Muller would convert a penalty in the 76th minute to tie it up. Neither team was able to score again as they settle for the tie. I am still disappointed that LAFC let the 3 points get away from them, but this game could’ve gone way worse
