Seattle might’ve not won this game, but it is a huge improvement that they didn’t lose. This is the first time the Sounders have earned a point since May 13th. Cincinnati was still the far superior side all night though, and they made that known by opening the scoring in 24th minute thanks to a great shot from Evander. Cincinnati did earn some more chances, but they couldn’t convert again all night. It seemed like they might get the three points anyway, but Seattle finally found their first big answer in months. They equalized in the 83rd minute to secure the tie. The Sounders still haven’t won a match in a very long time
