not a very convincing performance but tough to be too upset with 3 points and a clean sheet. i thought eze was a good sparkplug coming on at half. after scoring, saka picked it up but the rest of the attack was just meh. can't say villa deserved much at all not being able to even register a shot on target. mcginn matched the villa fans at the end turning charmin ultrasoft which was funny to laugh at

Arsenal didn’t look great on the road, but Aston Villa did less as the Gunners take the win. They had all of the real quality chances, and they really should’ve ended up with more than just the one goal. That is all they would need though as Aston Villa had a really hard time breaking through to get anything going. Arsenal gets a very unconvincing three points, but a win is a win
