This wasn’t a bad game, but I’m really disappointed Brentford couldn’t hold on for the win. They looked really great in the first half, and they were able to cache in on an amazing touch by Kevin Schade at the end of the half! They held onto that lead for a long time, but Leeds was getting too many chances and they got one through. There were a couple of great opportunities that were stopped by some unbelievable saves for both sides, but this one ends in a tie. I don’t like dropping points already

4 points in 2 games from Brentford but this seems like a game they should've won. They certainly have more talent than Leeds and getting 6 early points would've been huge for a team that just barely missed out on Europe last season, so with full focus on the Prem I do think they can be Europa League bound. Of course, there is the Carabao Cup and FA Cup, but I think Brentford should go full focus on the Prem because with a good year this year and a great transfer window next summer I could definitely see them winning the 2027-28 Europa League just seeing how dominant English teams can be in the lower level European competitions.
