Crazy how the rankings can change so fast early in the season. Texas lost to Ohio State to start the season, won their three cupcake games, then put up this shitshow and went unranked. They then beat crushed 6th ranked Oklahoma and were right back in the rankings. They needed to be perfect after that though, and weren't, losing by 25 to the Dawgs. We have absolutely owned them since they moved to the SEC, 3-0 baby.

This game is Florida's best performance thus far this year. Despite some minor mishaps (like a fumble on the first play) Florida managed to rumble the whole game and build a decent enough lead for the victory (29-14 after 3 & 1/2 quarters) Despite this amazing win, Florida still has many improvements to make next week. If the Gators are going to be a legit bowl team this year, they have to get better at securing their leads! There's no reason this team should be up 15 with 6 minutes left, and the game still come down to the final possession, underdog or not. This would have been a 10 out of 10 game if they didn't nearly crumble at the end.
