Competitive 1st quarter of football. We lost our gas 2nd qtr & gave up another TD as well as a FG, but we never gave up. We responded with a 3rd qtr FG & a 4th qtr pick in the in zone.
Down 17-24 with the ball & 14:53 left, I felt we could steal this one, or at least give the undefeated Texas a hard time, but it never happened. We went scoreless the last 15 minutes while Texas locked in and scored a TD inside of 5 minutes followed by a forced fumble and a FG. Despite losing by 17, we fought a good fight. We are to the number five college team what the eagles were to the Giants on October 9th 😩🤦🏾♂️
