Much better, but we still suck unfortunately.
Jackson comes back from injury and looks efficient (277 yards, 2 TDs, both on 4th-down conversions to Domercant), and the defense looks legit with 7 sacks. Prob the best pass rush game we’ve had in years. West Virginia’s offense is also just not good right now though so this doesn’t prove anything. They’re 2-5 and struggling to find any rhythm.
Either way, I’ll take it. It’s the first Big 12 win of the year. Also the first October win since 2022 surprisingly.
