If Lotis didn't fumble the ball and totally didn't blow Charlotte's momentum, I could very well see them winning this game. Without the Rice touchdown in the 4th, and with a field goal by Charlotte on that drive, it would have been 21-20 with the 49ers heading into their final drive, and they could have VERY well kicked a field goal to win it for Charlotte.
