WHAT A GAME BABY THIS IS WHY WE WATCH RANDOM WEEK ZERO COLLEGE FOOTBALL GAMES! Hawai'i has some big expectations this year, many people are predicting them to be the Group of 5's representative in the College Football Playoff. But it started off bad. Stanford took full control and took a 23-7 lead. But Hawai'i continued to fight and proved they can hang it with the big dogs. Alright, maybe not the big dogs, but an ACC team at least. 20 points in a row, but then Stanford went down the field, led by former Michigan QB Davis Warren, and retook the lead with just over 100 seconds to play. But Stanford came up huge with a forced fumble that is returned to the house to secure the win for Stanford. Secure is a strong word to use considering there was still 1:12 left in the game, which anything can happen, but really it was all but over at that point. Such a fun game to watch and by far the best game of Week 0 so far-but I could see Memphis-UNLV topping it with both teams having CFP potential.

This was not quite as it used to be, but it’s great to see a cameo from PAC-12 after dark! It looked like Stanford was well on their way to a very easy lead as they took a 16 point lead into the fourth quarter, but Hawaii found a lot of life! They were able to storm back in a huge way as they ended up taking the lead with 4 minutes to go! The Cardinal just let them score 20 unanswered points, but they finally found a way back into this game! A great touchdown drive gave them back the lead, and a scoop and score sealed it for them! Stanford wins a thriller!

The refs were bought out this game. What a mess

One of the best games of Week Zero, actually game me some good clutch time football.

Great game in Stanford. An awesome Hawaii comeback that was undercut by a freak defensive play. Brutal for Hawaii's CFP hopes, but on the flip side a nice win to start the Tevita Pritchard era at Stanford.

What could’ve been… only if Hawaii didn’t turn it over that could’ve been still one heck of a ball game. Fun watch

Was confused at the ending but it was definitely a fun back-and forth watch, was unfortunate we couldn’t get overtime but hopefully these teams continue to schedule games in the future.

WEEK 0, SEASON ON THE LINE, IT'S DO OR DIE FOR HAWAII DOWN BY 16 Suddenly it was Hawai'iin time They lock in and score 20 points to take the lead So then it's up to none other than Davis Warren to try and lead the singular cardinal to victory They drive down the field and throw an incomplete pass, yet the refs call it a completion So Stanford ends up winning the slopfest of a game THERES ALWAYS NEXT SEASON HAWAII :(
