This was a really close game… on the scoreboard. But just watching it and looking at the box score, the Lions had the edge. Madubike not being there hurt the Ravens for sure, but the Lions controlled the game, especially on the ground, giving us a taste of our own medicine with Gibbs and especially Montgomery. They also had a much more effective pass rush, sacking Lamar repeatedly. But worst of all, the Ravens looked tentative in that 4th quarter, couldn’t get anything going. As a fan, this game floods me with concerns. Derrick Henry fumbling issues, the defense still being bad, guards not helping. Lions are a good team so I’m not going to hit the panic button. But the Ravens need to ask themselves some serious questions before the Chiefs game.

I should’ve rated this immediately after the game but I was too fired up and forgot. Anyways, what a performance from my Lions. This is exactly what it looks like to be a franchise with staying power. I was scared after week one and I’ll be the first to say it, but this was one of the best regular season performances I’ve seen as a fan. Most are saying THE best in a long while for the franchise and I agree.
Offense was great, Morton brought what we needed and the offensive line looks mostly adjusted. Amon-Ra St. Brown is maybe my number one WR in the NFL. He does it all at the position and I don’t know if there is a more reliable option in the league. Montgomery and Gibbs of course did their job, but Jared Goff has made a giant step.
The defense impressed me most. I thought the game was over after an easy early Baltimore drive but they bounced back. They committed to the run and the coverage was good enough to do so. I think Arnold deserves more credit. Go Lions.

What an MNF heavy weight matchup. The back and forth TDs were entertaining as hell! Goff had a stellar game and the same could’ve been said for LJ for most of that game, but we need to address the elephant in the room. For the sake of @FlameRaptorRaven , I really hope these Henry fumbles and LJ sacks aren’t a theme of the Ravens season (or playoffs 👀). Great call by Dan Campbell to run that 4th. Still, Good to see another Ravens loss, great for my Bills. The Lion defence is no joke! 🦁🚫🤡
