Terrible game and as a lions fan I'm so sad and disappointed right now, there's no way you should lose while giving up only 3 net passing yards. 6 turnovers with only 8 the entire season before. Epic collapse in a must win game. I honestly can't decide if I would rather have the Lions start their starters and try to crap on the bears or play a mid game and lose so that they get fourth place hopefully and a better schedule and a better draft pick. Kind of would feel good to go out with the win but honestly and easier schedule next season wouldn't be a bad thing either. Vikings play the Packers next in a game that will not matter to either team

Vikings showed that outside of the QB problem they are a very good team. I still think JJ McCarthy will be the guy, but missing that full year of practice definitely set him back, but he’s been gradually improving through each game. The defense alone can win games, especially with pieces like Harrison Smith. The Lions played awful. 6 turnovers and Goff was sacked 5 times. That’s completely unacceptable. Goff was under pressure the whole game and making hasty decisions but the O-Line isn’t the main problem. It’s the awful offensive playcalling by Dan Campbell that is mainly plays that take way too long to develop. The Lions need a new coordinator and Campbell needs to let him do his thing.
