Houston should have been our opponent in Santa Clara. I will never forget what they did to themselves here. I get upset thinking about it. It’s not even like anybody cheated either, they actually did the opposite, they did nothing. Just a carefree attitude drove them under. But, it’s not the first time this season I’ve seen a guy throws 4 picks in a game. Whatever.

The turnover bowl! The Pats basically are being given the walk to the SB with these matchups. NFC is going to win the SB with no doubt.

Because of circumstances outside of either team’s control, this game basically became the AFC Championship game overnight. The Texans’ defense came to play and the offense wanted to go home. The 2nd quarter personified this. Harrison Bryant tripped on a slice block, leaving Chaisson unblocked to hit Stroud and set up a pick 6 for Marcus Jones. On the very next drive, Hutchinson dropped a pass and gave the Pats another interception. Patriots scored and the Texans looked like they were finally going to get some momentum, only for Carlton Davis to intercept a bad Stroud throw. Patriots defense was bullying the Texans in one of the strangest quarters I have ever seen. Somehow, Houston still had a chance thanks to their D and they managed to get a couple field goals to cut the deficit until Kayshon Boutte caught the dagger TD with an insane one-handed grab for the FIRST ONE-HANDED CATCH OF HIS CAREER. Texans never made it close after that. Stroud and the Texans’ offense cost them this game.

Nah CJ Stroud was the player of the game he was the best QB for the Patriots today. I hate the patriots are going to the Super Bowl… at least Henry To’o’to won’t be

I said the Pats couldn’t win this next one or else I’d be forced into Drake Maye voodoo and the dark arts. You have been warned. No Expecto Patriotum!

I remember how nail-biting this was watching it live, and in hindsight it's kind of ridiculous that the Patriots win here was being dismissed. Sure, Maye fumbled constantly, but many of those were forced by an absolutely suffocating Texans defense, Will Anderson Jr. standing out in particular. Meanwhile New England's own defense was capitalizing on CJ Stroud's disasterclass. But what I was amazed by most were the absolutely insane touchdown catches. Boutte's one-handed catch at the ended made me gasp even as I rewatched through highlights. I truly admire the incredible feats this team has been able to produce with this new core.

Crazy game, lots of turnovers, overall we deserved that win, but I do feel a bit sorry for CJ Stroud, his offensive line wasn't doing him any favors
