The Packers get the fun and easy win! This game started close with all of the starters playing and the Broncos did take a lead early on in the second quarter, but it was all Green Bay after that! Trey Smack hit three more long field goals along with another touchdown gave the Packers a big lead they never gave up! Smack got another field goal at the end of this game and I am still very impressed with him! I think he really could finally be a reliable kicker for the Pack! Stress free win to bounce back from the pretty rough first game!

Of course good for the Green Bay fanbase to see Jordan Love ball out for a brief time. 5/7 for 56 yards, so good completion but also getting the ball downfield and it resulted in a touchdown. Matthew Golden was only targeted once but made the catch for a 19 yard gain. He did not come close to living up to expectations last season, so he needs to turn things around this year. The talent is there, and after losing Romeo Doubs and Dontayvion Wicks, the opportunity is there, I'm just not sure if he's going to be able to take advantage of it.
Bo Nix also played a drive for Denver, and similar to Love, both the completion and the ability to extend the ball down the field were there. 6 for 9 for 76 yards and also resulted in throwing a touchdown, his to RJ Harvey. Waddle was targeted once and got 35 yards off of it. While I do think the Broncos overpaid, he is going to be that true impact receiver they were missing last season. Sutton was good but Waddle will take this team to another level.

We got this Preseason game locally here so I decided to tune into this one tonight. It was alright... Love and Nix got TDs on there drives which is a good sign other then that it was just Trey Smack smacking in field goals (His name was made to be a kicker or linebacker in the NFL)
