Battle of the Cats ends in a resounding win for the Panthers. Kenny Pickett looked great, and so did Bryce Young, albeit with less playing time in this one. John Metchie with a big game in this one. I think he was a solid pickup for Carolina. Won't make a huge impact but for a team with a lot of uncertainty at the wide receiver position, he's very helpful. No guarantee Tetairoa McMillan keeps up his elite play from last season and Jalen Coker will likely prove to be very inconsistent despite a great year last year.
Trebor Pena continues to shine for the Jaguars in preseason. 4 catches for 72 yards and a touchdown in this one, for a team also with a ton of wide receiver uncertainty, he's got a chance to break into the rotation. They hope Brian Thomas Jr can live up to his potential, but that is very questionable as of now, and although Parker Washington has been hyped up this offseason, he can only get them so far. I expect Trebor Pena to have a great rookie season.

A non-starter game for the Jags made it fairly easy for the Panthers to get a win. Young looked way better this game and actually was able to help during his drive on the field. Pickett also looked very solid as a backup if not for the shade inaccuracy. The Jags just didn't have much happen other then Cam Little still being a beast!
