I will readily admit that I was far too engrossed in the World Series to pay full attention to this game, but THERE WE GO. There is that potential I saw in this team. The offense clicked together nicely; lead by Ingram, Barrett, Battle and an efficient Barnes outing. The whole team was efficient, nearly a 50% from the field and well over 40% from 3. But more importantly, the defense FINALLY looked decent. The ball pressure actually getting to the Cavs (Cavs not named Evan Mobly). It wasn’t perfect, but considering how bad it was before, this is progress. The Raptors even successfully pulled away in a close game to seal the win in the 4th quarter. Keep this up the rest of the season and there’s no reason this team can’t make the playoffs.
