Fun fact: I slept through this game. Not because it was boring, but because I just straight up passed out before the game started. Watching the highlights and looking at the box score, this definitely feels like a game where our old problems crop up. Barnes shoots poorly, the offense becomes ineffective in the 4th, got killed on the glass and couldn’t stop Giannis. To be fair though, everyone struggles with that last one. Ingram is definitely fitting in really nicely and Barrett has been shooting really well so far, but there’s definitely some kinks to work out. Seemed like a pretty good game, still, this felt winnable. Just couldn’t put it together in the 4th. A shame, but I’m very interested to see how we look against the Spurs and Houston, after the Dallas game of course.
