The Aces really poured it on at the end, but I’m surprised the Mercury hung in there for as long as they did

Can't defeat the defending champs, eh? We can't too, Mercury, don't worry. Nonetheless, the Aces roll to a Commisioner's Cup W to go to the championship while riding on A'ja "Getting my 5th MVP and my face on a Wheaties box" Wilson.

This was a pretty entertaining game until the Aces pulled away in the fourth. I was really hoping the Phoenix would win, but that doesn't mean I picked them to win. Chelsea Gray hasn't been playing that well of late, but I guess that doesn't matter when you have A'ja Wilson on your team. The only team that seems to have their number is Dallas.

Never trust a man who plays guitar, and never trust the 2026 phoenix mercury with a lead. The 2025 finals rematch did seem pretty exciting though.
