THE PHOENIX MERCURY SURVIVE! The game was VERY close throughout the entire game, with the lead changing back and forth in the fourth, but the Phoenix Mercury survive (even with 2 of their players going out with injuries)

The Mercury get a nice win on the road despite missing key players. Definitely a disappointing loss for the Tempo. They had Phoenix down players and still couldn’t get the win. The big difference in the game was at the free throw line. When you outscore your opponent by 15 that’s huge.

Mercury win their second in a row and a huge one here against the expansion Tempo, as some sort of avenging for AT. Copper as good as always. Mabrey couldn't be here today so Kia Nurse is moved up to starting, with all of Toronto's starters getting into double digits. Vukosavljevic off the bench with Phoenix had 20 PTS and 6 REB, however, to fend them off.

Damn Tempo you gotta be doing better in the clutch!

This game was close through almost its entirety, but Phoenix is able to pull away for the win!

Really wishing marina could have played after that amazing performance but allll goood. Pheonix played hard and won and tempo were right there with them too.
