What a start to the playoffs for the Celtics! Wasn't home so I couldn't watch but I clearly didn't miss much. We gave the Sixers belt as we aways do in the playoffs, nothing shocking at all. Tatum and Brown with 25 and 26 respectively, overall everyone balled out but I'm shocked Queta only had 2 rebounds. Just one bad thing in a sea of great things in this game, the Celtics look so good.

Don't read the box score, watch the highlights. The game was not very close at all until the 4th quarter, which I did not watch in honor of the NHL playoffs. Jayson Tatum is playing like he never got injured, I mean god damn. The Sixers were particularly never close to the Celtics, with that being proven so in the first quarter. Celtics extended their lead in the next two quarters, and Philly had no chance entering the 4th. Even though the Celtics played garbage time and Philly tried to catch up, the Celtics still outscored them anyways. We will not trust the process again. Celtics in 4.

As a certified hater of The Process, this game did fill me with some joy. However; that joy was overwhelmed by the sense of boredom I felt watching it. From beginning to end, the 76ers never had a chance. They never had a lead of any kind and looked completely outclassed. This honestly makes it even more disgraceful that Orlando lost to them in the play-in. Any doubts if the Tatum-Brown combo would be 100% and/or in-sync have been successfully quelled, mostly. Neither Tatum nor Brown were phenomenal. Mainly solid and mistake-free. Sometimes that’s all you need. Prichard had the rare off shooting night. So how did Boston dominate? Defense. The 76ers, across the board were helpless. VJ and Maxey were in straitjackets the entire game. Ironically, Playoff P was the only 76er who wasn’t hurting his team with his offense, or lack thereof. The 76ers also staggeringly only had 1 block as a team. Boston had 2, but that’s not the point. I was begging this game to end and they just delayed it.
