To hold a professional team to 49 points is insane to me, that is already crazy in this league, basically unthinkable in the NBA (however very thinkable in collegiate ball) Washington held off the Valkyries in the first half but it was more sheer luck than anything that they were up like that. Once Golden State had the shots go down, and the bench heated up, they leave the Mystics in the dust.

The Valkyries defense is genuinely built different bro, 49 points is insane (4 made field goals in the 2nd half aswell)

tough to watch the valks struggle to put up 60 but it helps that they held the mystics to under 50

The Mystics kept it close in the first half, but the Valkyries completely suffocated them in the second half for the stress-free win

A bit of an ugly game offensively. Neither team shot well, but Golden State got the win. This game was ugly however you looked at it. Kind of painful to watch regardless of who you were rooting for. Forgettable.
