I'm hungry please pardon my take.
Imagine with me for a moment the Cavs ask the Knicks to make them a sandwich, The Knicks proceed to make the most delicious sandwich known to man, Harden try's to eat it all by himself because his mom never taught him how to share. Then he drops it on the floor because he's clumsy. Josh Hart gets upset, rightfully so and retaliates by lighting the sandwich on fire and making the Cavs choke down the ashes.
(in conclusion The Knicks win, Harden sucks and the Subway in town closed down a few weeks back)

This game got out of hand sooner than I would’ve liked. Not a bad game, but not a good one either imo. Cleveland needed to bounce back. Another humiliating loss could be killer to their finals hopes. The Cavs did manage to keep this close, albeit while spending most of it behind the Knicks on the scoreboard. Not ideal, but no reason to think Cleveland had 0 chance of coming back. That thought wouldn’t cross my mind until… shortly after the start of the 3rd quarter.
The 18-0 run starting in the middle of the 3rd was the fatal blow. Cleveland never recovered from that and the game became a wash, especially in the 4th. Harden was bad once again, but Mitchell wasn’t flawless. Meanwhile; virtually the entire Knicks’ starting lineup had a great game. Brunson got to defer more and it helped Bridges, KAT and especially Josh Hart have some big games. The Knicks may finally be the better team on paper AND have luck on their side. Amazing what happens when the Pacers don’t mess everything up.

Not a bad game. The Cavs started to get impatient when shots weren’t going in and began to force shots. But the Knicks offense is so good. They are so good at passing the ball around and get the ball to the next man. Josh Hart was great. When he is able to get downhill, hit threes and play the defense that he always plays. He can be huge for the Knicks. Must win game 3 for the Cavs.
