The advantages of having an elite goalie. That goes for both sides. Dobes and Wolf were fantastic in this high tempo goalie duel. Plenty of shots lead to plenty of action and crazy saves on both sides. Bolduc continued his hot streak with a sweet shot, but the Flames actually fought hard. Getting many shots on Dobes, but he did a great job preventing rebounds. It took a Dobson give away to get the Flames a goal thanks to the might if Adam Klapka. That goal ignited a fierce rally to steal the win in the 3rd. Sadly, the Flames couldn’t carry the momentum into OT as the Habs controlled it until Demidov absolutely broke the Flames down and set up Matheson for the winner. Good game, still an L. But genuine progress from my Flames.

what a game from these 2nd year goalies. truly inspired work in both nets. also, good god, go off demidov 😤 mikey m has got to be one of my favorite storylines coming off the habs roster this season considering how many fans wanted nothing to do with him at the end of last year. great team win
