This one turned out just as you would have expected. The Tempo didn’t shoot all that well, although they did get to the free-throw line 19 times. Harrison had a nice night, but Mabrey struggled from the floor. A’ja Wilson had 26 points and Jackie Young added 24 points and 12 assists. That’s a lot of points to be involved in. Despite all that, it just wasn’t a compelling game.

At least there was a good first quarter. The Aces were way better tonight and they made that known by how much they pulled away. It wasn’t any particular big run for them either, they just gradually pulled away until it was way out of reach for the Tempo. Pretty impressive road effort from the Aces
