The rat has infested Vegas and ran the Panthers offense like this was Ratatouille. Marchand was making a killing in this game, including a vicious backhand to put the Panthers up 2-0. This looked like a simple, but aesthetically pleasing win for the Panthers, but the Golden Knights made it a tight one in the 3rd. Thankfully for Panthers fans, they haven’t lost all their best forwards as Reinhart’s insurance goal ends up being the decider. Bob stood tall as the Panthers hung on.

Florida played a fine game and took advantage of the chances they got. The Golden Knights are in a weird spot tho. They vastly out-chanced the Panthers but they’re in this funk where they’re just not finishing. Granted the powerplay is not good and any time they go up a man they turn into a pumpkin. They really need to figure it out without Mark Stone because his health is not a guarantee.
