Perfect game! A Habs loss and leafs loss in the same night! Alexander Ovechkin with a hatrick in the Montreal after eliminating them in the playoffs last year absolutely perfect! Ovi still the goat 3 goals and 1 assist tonight! That one play where Tom Wilson leveled Jake Evan’s and then the caps score just a few moments later. Ethan Frank also had 4 points, 2 goals to make the caps go up 3-1 and he had 2 assists as well on both Sonny Milano’s goals! Milano absolutely sniper on Dobes for that 8th goal, both Montreal goalies were awful absolutely awful! Ovi my goat!

What is happening. We are collapsing. Montembeault is just not playing his best hockey. Even Dobes looked weak on that Slapshot. We keep getting so close but we sell last minute and then everything details. We need to have better second periods. Hope fully we will find a spark soon. Not looking great right now.
