This one was closer the scores suggested it wasn’t until 8 minutes left in the 3rd, where the canes took over. Milic did not play bad at all, he played absolutely amazing and is the future back up goalie for Hellbyuck for years to come. His save percentage is not a representation of how good he played. The first line is the only line that can seem to do anything offensively right now and it’s getting concerning. And if anyone was score a hatrick at least it was Jarvis a gold Winnipeg boy

The Hurricanes made sure the score reflected how this game played. Even though this game was very close on the scoreboard until the last 10 minutes, the Hurricanes completely dominated the Jets. Sometimes shots can mislead you about the way a game leaned. In this case, I honestly believe the shots undersell how much Carolina dictated this game. Despite that, Bussi made a few massive saves to ensure the Canes grabbed the lead and hung onto in the 3rd. That included a sprawling pad save after a giveaway. But of course, the star of the show was the hat trick man himself, Seth Jarvis. Screaming to Team Canada about how he deserves an invite with his performance, both tormenting Jets puck carriers and scoring much-needed goals against his hometown team. If you ask me, he should be a no brainer for Team Canada.
