The Dream controlled this one from the start. The Storm tried to make it a game late, but just couldn’t put together a big enough run. A lot of foul shots in this one (69 total). The Storm with 26 fouls is kind of crazy. Hiedeman had a nice game with 23 points and 5 rebounds and 5 assists. Malonga with 8-10 shooting and scoring 16 points was nice, especially with having to deal with Reese in the paint. Speaking of Reese, yet another double-double (21 points and 13 rebounds). The rest of the Dream spread it around with four players in double figures and another with 9 points. Rhyne Howard had her fourth tough shooting night in a row, shooting 3-13. If she finds her shot again, that will give Atlanta another offensive weapon.

Very comfortable win for the Dream. Like most games, this one started close, but that did not last long at all. Atlanta would completely run away, and they would have an 11 point lead by the time end of the first quarter. Seattle would get this game closer gradually over time, but Atlanta was never really threatened. It actually got pretty close right at the very end with the Storm putting together a strong push, but the Dream got a ton of distance between themselves and Seattle within the last few seconds. Predictable loss for the Storm, and another good game from Atlanta
