Well things got chippy in this one, especially with McMahon’s takedown of Ogunbowale. The Mystics shot 37%, but still got the win. The game was decided at the free throw line. The Mystics were in the paint all night and when the weren’t, they were taking free throws. A 16-point difference at the line for Washington. Austin and Iriafen were tough inside. But man, Citron couldn’t make a shot unless it was at the line. I feel like the Wings are going to have a hard time with this loss.

Pretty fun win for the Mystics! I was kind of expecting them to get blown out, but they have actually been playing some really great basketball lately! The Mystics got the lead very early on and did a great job never letting the Wings pull away. Dallas would have it very close at times in this game and they would get leads, but Washington was always right there almost immediately! The Wings would take some leads very late into this game, and it looked like they might pull this game out. Thankfully for the Mystics, they would regain the lead and put some distance between themselves and the Wings as they win their 4th straight game! Great win for Washington
