What a goal to send it to overtime, we really needed that hustle earlier in the game but im liking what im seeing. That goal was for sure not a goal, Skinner made some amazing saves. We don't need to talk about that #2 play, it was definitely inspiring lol. Glad to get the point, you you dirty hounds Thursday

Sabres squeak away with another OT win. Still haven’t won away in regulation this season…. I think what bothers me the most is seeing the lack of response after Ellis got hit (and left the game btw). The ONLY response was a weak ass cross check by McLeod. I feel like if your goalie gets steamrolled you’re supposed to rough the guy up a little bit 🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️

The Buffalo Sabres are a very confusing type of bad team. Just last night they gave up 7 goals to one of the worst offenses in the NHL. Naturally, you’d think the Oilers are gonna wipe the floor with Buffalo. I certainly thought they would. But someway somehow the Sabres not only kept the Oilers off the scoresheet (even with their starter getting hurt), they also scored 3 goals and Shane Doan’s son was stylin in Edmonton. Then it was like they forgot there are 3 periods in hockey or whatever Space Jam-esque powers they had got sucked out of them because McDavid scored literally immediately in the 3rd period, the Oilers dominated and then that Connor guy tied it up in the dying seconds. And then they scored in OT almost immediately. Like… WHAT?! It’s like they have to fill a fan misery quota. Whatever the reason, it made for a great game with a ton of amazing highlights. Both of McDavid’s goals especially. It only there was someone that could’ve stopped Tuch from getting the McLeod pass
