Of course that was thanks to Lukas Dost- wait, it’s not Dostal tonight? Who was it? Ville Husso… WITH 42 SAVES?! Heck of a statement from a guy who has really struggled at points this season. Gauthier made sure Husso’s efforts weren’t in-vain. I must admit I really feel for Adam Pelech, thought he had a great game, it’s a shame they couldn’t even make this one close. One thing I really appreciate about Patrick Roy is the man is never afraid to take risks. Down by 3 goals halfway through the 3rd period, screw it, pull the goalie. It’s the similar lack of fear and display of courage when he was between the pipes making saves. Sadly, he didn’t get many saves from his goaltender as David Rittich has a tough night. I think the 3 unanswered goals really demoralized them. They basically flat lined early in the 2nd period and never recovered, even when they dominated play.”
