The Sky really showed up tonight! I went into this game thinking that the Valkyries would make short work of Chicago, but the Sky were the team jumping out to the giant lead in the second quarter! That huge run led to a lead that was 21 points at its most, but Golden State would make this a game! It would be a lot closer in the third quarter, and both of these teams were exchanging the lead for the entire fourth quarter! This game would come right down to the wire, but the Sky took it thanks to a dagger three with a little more than a second left from Sydney Taylor to seal this upset! Chicago secured the stunning win!

Wow, Sydney Taylor!! I thought Chen’s last two buckets might complete the comeback, but Taylor had other ideas. She hits that first three and it’s impressive, but then to hit the game-winner when everyone knows you want to take the shot. That’s just cold-blooded. I’m still trying to figure out how Golden State with that defense was down 21 points in the second quarter. I guess 3 games in 5 nights will do that. Chicago continues to keep their playoff hopes alive with a really nice win against a tough team.

What happened here... HUGE upset this late in the season by the Sky being able to get the win over the Valks. The Valks starters could not score. The starters ended with just 19 points. The bench unit played way more then the starters and it wasn't enough. Great final shot by Sydney Taylor for the dub!

Sydney Taylor u r a DAWG this is the second game winning 3ptr i have witnessed u make this season the Sky are content with staying in the playoff race if they would have lost then the season would have been over….nit sure wats goin on with the Valkyries but they manage to come back take the lead and still loose they are not as good when they are not hitting 3’s
