All publicity is good publicity in the WNBA apparently. The whole situation is bad for the sports world in general. Play the game. There is no other way to put it then stop worrying about other things and let the players play. As for the game Mitchell and Clark were balling as usual, but as for the rest of the team, more specifically the bench, there was so better play that was needed. Natasha Cloud had a good game and was probably the best player for the Sky tonight. Its time the WNBA takes itself seriously. There is so much oppurtunity and amazing things happening for silly things like this to ruin the progress. I wanna be able to look up WNBA and see highlights of someone doing something amazing and not what happened tonight.

First half was great and competitive. It makes me wonder if the Sky have the potential to be a playoff team down the road. Right now their inconsistency would say no. The Fever were like a machine in the second half, scoring 63 points. Caitlin Clark and Kesley Mitchell were playing at a whole other level. It’s going to be fun to see how the playoff seeding plays out.

Chicago just wasn’t able to keep up with the onslaught from the Fever offense. Caitlin Clark was crazy with a 37 point night, and Kelsey Mitchell wasn’t far behind with 30 points. The Sky did keep this game close for all of the first half, but it got way out of hand after that. Outstanding road performance from Indiana thanks to an amazing offensive avalanche!
