This Liberty team has taken a big step back and it is mainly due to poor shooting this season. Ionescu has really struggled this season even when she is on the court. It feels like it is Stewart just trying to drag the team forward. Fairly easy win for the Valks in this one.

I was definitely hoping for a better game, but the Valkyries didn’t allow that. That is not to say this game was bad though, just not quite as good as I thought it would be. This game started great with a great first quarter, and Golden State completely took over after that. They slowly built their lead at the start of the second quarter, and they never stopped building it. This game kept getting further and further out of reach before the Liberty were definitely getting blown out. This was a bad showing at home from New York, but a great and dominant win for the Valkyries!
