I’m just absoltuely fucking speechless. Fucking perfect through 50 minutes. Swayman plaing like the best goalie in the league. And then in 5 fucking minutes it all just evaporates. Fuck this. Just nothing else to fucking say. Its only game 1 but it feels like we just lost game 7. Fucking embarrassing end to this game. This team continues to not be able to close out a fucking game. They haven’t been able to all year and it continues again today. Fucking horrible.

What a comeback by the Sabres! Boston was in full control after making it 2-0 early in the third, but Buffalo had a lot of fight! Tage Thompson scored twice to tie it and Mattias Samuelsson sent the crowd into a frenzy after scoring to take the lead! Buffalo could make a really deep run!

Welllll uh. Good ****ing morning I guess. I know I'm rating this at 6am, do not question my ways. Anywho, this one was a bit sluggish at first. Boston wanted to brove that they were the better team and they did for a bit. Geekie scored mid into the first and gave the Bruins a 1-0 lead. Then, Lindbolm gave them an insurance goal early into the third. Newsflash: you're gonna need more. Get ready for what might be the craziest sequence in hockey history. Fist, Tage Thompson got a goal and I genuinely went deaf for a bit. They were still cheering when the puck was dropped. 3 minutes later, Tage Thompson decided "hey that was fun, let's do it again" and put in #2 to tie it. Hey, we're not done. In about 50 more seconds Samuelsson scored to give the Sabres the LEAD. Then, 2 minutes later, Tuch scored on an empty net for the last insurance goal, which they would turn out to need, as Pastrnack scored with 6 seconds left. What a game and I hope the series plays out like this. Sabres in 7.

This game was insane can’t believe Buffalo won they were down the entire game. With 7:30 to go in the final period they made it a 2-1 game and then after that took over scoring 3 more goals in the final period. So happy for the Sabres it has been since 2011 since they have been to the postseason and they are winning at home.

ABSOLUTE INSANITY IN BUFFALO NEW YORK. Buffalo’s crowd was electric. They’ve waited 14 years for this and by god they’re going to make the most of it. The Sabres themselves made sure to give them a wicked experience! The Boston Bruins on the other hand were eager to ruin a good story. They walked into a wild Buffalo crowd and silenced it repeatedly. Morgan Geekie was the first to do it with a goal in the 1st period, Swayman did it repeatedly with a bunch of huge saves, and Elias Lindholm seemingly locked it up with a goal in the 3rd. The worry and tension in the crowd was palpable. With 10 minutes to go, this game massively ramped up. Tage Thompson completely took over. It started when he scored with 7 minutes to go. The roar from the crowd was insane! The momentum violently shifted to the Sabres and Tage scored again to tie it. The crowd roared even louder. Just a couple minutes later, the Sabres grabbed the lead and the cameras were shaking from the crowd. Absolutely incredible game.
