This game was awesome. These playoffs have been so good. Even though I was rooting for the Wild, I have to give it to the Stars. They just kept attacking the net. Jason Robertson is one of my favorite players. He is so good in open ice and his goal was sick. Boldy was also awesome this game. That assist to Eriksson Ek was amazing. He basically solo’d the entire team to get that open look for Ek. Lots of back and forth action which led to 2OT, where the Stars got a PP goal. Disappointing loss for the Wild, but this series has been awesome so far. I just wish this was a later round matchup. Both teams deserve to make it to the next round.

So of course I didn't watch this game. Because I make horrible life choices that accumulate to the sports world. This was a pretty interesting game besides the fact I didn't watch this one. There were 7 different goalscorer, which we don't see much in hockey. If fact, we don't see 2 teams score 7 goals all that much. Momentum first went to Dallas leading 2-1 after the first, and another momentum swing happened when Minnesota scored 2 to take the lead 3-2. Of course, Dallas scored in the third and carried that momentum to score a goal in the second overtime to win it. Pretty good game and this should be an entertaining series that will probably go to seven.

After losing Game 1 6-1, this Dallas team has just looked completely different. They've come out with a new energy and just been a much better team. Fought out a wild win in double overtime, but I'm still confident in the Wild to win this series. Minnesota is a great team, I see this one going all 7 games and ending in an overtime win for the Wild.

It really looked like Minnesota had the advantage in this series after the first game but the momentum has completely changed. Rantanen performing like a maniac like he always does in the playoffs. The Stars just have so much depth. All their lines are dangerous. Jake Otteinger has also been doing better since game 1. Most talented matchup so far. Quinn Hughes was such a good addition for Minnesota.
