Personally? I’m not happy to be up 3-0, Colorado was up 3-0 and they lost! This is just been one of the greatest series in my entire life, I love every moment of this thing and I’m so glad I can share it with a community that is as warm and welcome is this, the chat is just full of love and support for my boys!! To the extent of my everlasting memory, when I spoke of this occurring, as in the result of the series, or what it will be, everybody told me that it was going to be a sweep! Well, they’re right! It’s time to bring out the dustpan and call an ambulance, but not for us! Everybody knows the story of David and Goliath, but this is bigger than triumph!

Everyone hating on Vegas but idk man this team starting to get me hyped. Of course its because of Carter Hart, but that’s not reflective of the other players. Everyone else is playing their heart out, some of whom have been a Golden Knight since day one, and they’re passionate-both the players and the fans. Absolutely insane comeback. Colorado scored 3 in the first and then 5 straight for the Golden Knights. Absolute f***ing cinema. Somehow someway the Golden Knights are up 3-0 and its looking like its over for Colorado. 8 goals and every single one was scored by a different player. I love that. Colorado, this is what you get for trading the GOAT Charlie Coyle.

Crazy comeback by the Knights. Only reason it's not higher is you never felt after Vegas got a 3rd that Colorado was threatening at all. Did nothing on the attack the final 30 minutes. Can't believe the Avs choked that. At least MacKinnon was ok after that hard shot to the knee

knights in 4 lol (NO one could’ve predicted this). avs are frauds. as long as vegas loses in the cup it’s fine. unreal and NO way ANYONE could’ve predicted this.

What happened to the Avs? I cant believe what im seeing here. I guess hiring Torts was a genius move, i was skeptical but Vegas looks like they did when they won the cup

Avs absolutely choke it away in cale makar's return, and in mark stone's return he shines. Congrats on making the Stanley cup final in 33% of your seasons Vegas

2 things can be true. I both underestimated the Golden Knights and overestimated the Avalanche. Cale Makar made his grand return and you could tell Colorado was galvanized by his presence. They jumped out to a 3-0 lead in the 1st period and finally looked like the team many people were expecting them to be. Even with that lead, I pointed out in chat how they couldn’t afford to be complacent and how game 2 should be a reminder of that fact. Unfortunately, I have to assume Avs head coach Jared Bednar didn’t feel that way and it cost the Avs. Mark Stone, who also made his return to action, scored right away in the 2nd period and violently shifted momentum back in their favour. That shift became more poignant when Nathan MacKinnon went down with an injury while Vegas was only down a goal. Vegas scored shortly after and the Avs got shutdown the rest of the way. Ignoring the assaulter between the pipes, Vegas earned this dub with an incredible comeback. I’m happy for Rasmus Andersson.

Vegas comes back down 0-3 to win the game. Both flurries of goals were exciting and the game was fairly tight all around. You could tell the Avs were just completely worn down by the end of the third. Think I saw no shots in 12 straight minutes? Crazy. I would be surprised if Bednar is coaching the Avs next year. Respect what Torts is doing even if Vegas are the obvious villain team. Hopefully they lose in the finals.

5 straight. That’s all that needs to be said. A disjointed and discombobulated effort from the Avalanche. Down 2-0 going into today, getting Makar back, Colorado had to push hard to secure a result, but they proved that their losses come from within. The lackluster coaching and unadapted play shown by the Aves today is unacceptable. I’m not one to call on the bench, but the coaching has been the biggest difference in this series.

What are we doing Avs?! How do you blow a 3-0 lead when you are already down 2-0 in the series as the Presidents Trophy winner?! Vegas takes the commanding 3-0 lead!

What a game! The presidents trophy curse seems to be in full force with Vegas coming back from a 3 goal deficit. I still can’t believe how dominant Vegas has been after finishing the season with only 39 wins. Can’t believe I’m saying this but I think we’re looking at a Vegas sweep after MacKinnon took that blocked shot to the knee yesterday.

It was going so good AVS LAYING BTA to Vegas, then idefk what happened but the Avs fell asleep, Nate dog got hurt and it was over after that.

Good game objectively, but as an Avs fan I am bummed. That was a brutal loss to give up a 3-0 lead in the 1st. I think the Golden Knights got this series. Hopefully the Habs can make it to the finals and beat them. Thats my only hope 😂 I have no idea what happen to the Avalanche from the regular season
