This was a great late win for Strasbourg! They looked a good bit better than Lens in this match, but it would be Lens leading at the half thanks to a penalty that they converted late in the first half! It didn’t take long at all though for Strausbourg to tie it though as it was knotted up before the 50th minute! There were more opportunities for Strausbourg to take the win, but it seemed like these sides would have to settle for a tie. That was until Strausbourg found the very late winner in the 85th minute! Lens had a chance to respond, but they came up short as Strausbourg gets the fun comeback win!

Great performance from Gio Reyna in this game, very promising for the 23 year old American that I think will be forced to play a big role in the next World Cup, and even in the Concacaf Gold Cup before then. In this one though it was Gessime Yassine who stole the show, scoring both of Stephen Strasburg FC's goals.
