Venezia did a great job keeping AC Milan in check, but they couldn’t hold them off forever. There were still a ton of great opportunities in the first half from Milan that they weren’t able to convert! Even at the beginning of the second half, there were some big missed opportunities! Venezia was never able to really threaten though, and Milan broke the tie in the 69th minute. They ended up adding on a brace thanks to a very late own goal against not much opposition. Very valiant effort from Venezia, but AC Milan was able to push through for the win!
