Very interesting game off the jump. Radford is better than I expected, a team built mostly of shifty guards from Power 5 schools as well as OVC First Team player Jaylon Johnson. UNC came out trying to play with the same energy they had against Kansas, but it just didn’t work the same. Every offensive board attempt turned into a foul, our defenders got beat down the lane, recovered late which turned into fouls, and Caleb Wilson straight up whiffed on a block which was another foul. Whistle game in the first half, causing Wilson and Powell to get into foul trouble early and with Trimble out, Davis had to rely on guys like Jaydon Young and Zayden High in the first half, guys that should only be getting garbage time minutes. Henri Veesaar was a big part of our offense all game. Luka Bogavac got open looks but couldn’t hit em, we couldn’t hit free throws, Kyan Evans OUR MAIN PG didn’t shoot the ball until 18 minutes into the game, just a weird game overall
