Arizona showed there’s levels to this. Held Iowa State to season-lows in FG% and points in the paint. Wildcats are one of the teams that can win the whole thing. Iowa State looked like one of those teams a few weeks ago, but the Cyclones haven’t looked the part lately. A few too many dud performances.

Just a sloppy game for both teams. Don’t want to get political but if tonight the US government decided to let Iowa state launch a missile at Iran they would have hit Iraq. Iowa state does guard the front court surprisingly well Arizona couldn’t get to the paint short of penetrating from outside. If iowa state goes cold in the tournament it’s going to be a short trip for them. Arizona has 3 guys that are a 20 point threat on a nightly basis. Koa Peat had a fantastic hame defensively. Great recovery speed for his size and tons of body control as well. Only had 6 shots overall but was still kinda forcing up attempts. Not an entertaining game and nothing to really dwell on.

This Iowa State team is one of the most confusing in CBB right now. Sometimes they'll go out and look like a National Championship contender and then a week later they'll get destroyed.
Right now I'm leaning Sweet 16 exit on this team but they will be the most unpredictable in March.
