WHAT. A. GAME. Every time these two play it’s always a classic. Flemings had 42 points which is the most by a freshman since Cooper Flagg but it still wasn’t enough. Texas Tech closes it out and now has wins against Houston, BYU, and Duke. JT Toppin had 31 points and 12 rebounds as well. The big 12 is unbelievable this season.

Texas Tech is a scary team. Rarely do teams score 90 points on Houston. Kingston Flemings was great. JT Toppin was great for Texas Tech. No matter who he plays he always shows up. Great game.

Rating Random Games Anyone Gives Me Part 18: Man Texas Tech was so good before Toppin's injury. If they had Toppin for March Madness and even the conference tournament, I think they would've ended up being a 3 seed and made a run maybe even all the way to the Final Four. Houston's Kingston Flemings is headed to the draft and he will be irreplaceable for this Houston team. 42 points in this game and consistently their best player all year. Huge blow for the Cougars.

Just rewatched this game and WHAT A GAME! 55 points in the first half for TTU and Toppin with 31-12 to bring Texas Tech their 12th straight home win! And props to Flemings aswel recording 42 points in the loss for houston, Anderson my beloved good luck in Charlotte! 💙 I'll be rooting for you just as much as my Spurs (also shout out Petty this game really put his name out there)

What a game. Offense was clicking on both sides and the crowd showed up (what else should we expect from Texas Tech fans) Kingston flemings was amazing but JT toppin for the last laugh. Shoutout Jaylen Petty for the hustle plays and great shooting

Insane game. Kingston Fleming dropped 42 points almost half of Houston total points but it still wasn’t enough. JT Toppin had an amazing game with 31 points and 12 rebounds. Texas tech is playing like a top ten team in the country and I think they could be dangerous come march.

HIGH QUALITY HOOPS. Houston vs Texas Tech is must see TV. The folks in Lubbock were rewarded with a BIG win and propels them further in this B12 race. Kingston Flemings had a hell of a game for Houston with a 40 ball but it just wasn't enough. Red Raiders are undefeated at home. Expect to see both of these teams in the Elite Eight or further.

Good game. It was shockingly high scoring there was a total of 105 points in the first half but this just shows how deep the big 12 is in basketball
