That run was led by Dell’Orso of all people who capped it off with a buzzer beater in the dying seconds to give the Wildcats a 7-point lead going into halftime. BYU on the other hand was much reliant on their duo of Dynbantsa and Wright who scored 27 (16 and 11 respectively) of their 35 first half points. Guess which one was more sustainable? I’ll give you a hint: the one that didn’t rely on 2 players to win it all. Arizona pulled away in the 2nd half and used that gap to cruise to victory. Granted, BYU did give them a brief scare. Dybantsa nearly put up half their points with the 47th 33-point game in their school’s history. BYU had the chance to make it a 1-possession game, but Krivas’s steal and Dell’Orso’s dunk off of it basically ended this game. It was just a matter of time before the result became official. Good game.”
