This is lowkey just like a game that happened. I mean, I guess you could say it was interesting, a somewhat close game, save situation at least, but literally nothing significant came from this game. Mason Miller still on the A's though. Despite how historically bad they were he still had 15 saves at this point, quite impressive considering how little opportunity he had to get a save. Mason Miller is again being floated in trade talks at this deadline. I honestly think the White Sox should go out and get him. They're atop the AL Central, and in the stretch run and playoffs, you need a dominant lockdown presence at the back of the bullpen, and they just don't have that. They have a ton of prospect capital but in a weak American League it's time to make a push to win now. As I've been saying, anyone from the American League can make the World Series, and in one series-anything can happen. If I were the White Sox I'd call up the Padres right now and try to trade for Mason Miller.
