Wild game. Going into it, with a pitching matchup of Cooper Criswell vs Corbin Burnes, I rightly expected the Red Sox to get absolutely destroyed. And to be fair, Criswell got hit in this game. 6 runs in 3 and a third. Luckily, Corbin Burnes was even worse, allowing 8 runs in 4 innings. With 7th inning homers from David Hamilton and Jarren Duran, the Sox extended their lead to 11-6, and despite the bullpen per usual trying to blow it, they held on for a nice victory.
