Biggest bubble game of the day and it goes the Aztecs’ way. UNM rallied to take it down to the wire and we almost had an iconic finish. Inbounding with 2.1 left, the Lobos threw a high pass to halfcourt which went off the outstretched fingertips of a Lobo and into the grasp of SDSU as the clock ticked down. But, the momentum caused the player to step just out of bounds in the frontcourt with 0.6 left. That gave New Mexico a chance to shoot a 3 from the line for the win but it didn’t go down.

What an insane game by both teams. Tons of sloppy mistakes and funny dunk/deep three attempts. The game was just hilarious to watch so late at night and it was a very back and forth affair. It was completely hilarious through and through. Absolute cinema.

Yes I was up at 2 in the morning watching this. Why not? Both teams needed a win to get in the tournament and its a classic game. Toughness by both teams to try to get in the tournament. And we got a game winning bucket so staying up was worth it. Lets see if the Aztecs can handle the Aggies tonight

Pretty entertaining game. New Mexico had a chance there at the end and I dont think SDSU should’ve let that happen to them at all. Hopefully the drama continues into the next few weeks 🤞
