As a fellow 22 myself, I really hated to see them do it to Juan, but he needed to mind himself and sit the hell down. He was just doing too much. He was the ultimate showcase of what a threat is, while still being textbook definition of doing too much. They had no chance to win this game. It was over from the beginning. Whatever made him the only Yankee to care drove his passion. Why ever he tried so hard when he should’ve just took a page from Aaron Judge’s book and stopped trying, I couldn’t tell you, but bless him for his heart and how powerful is. I’m glad he got out of New York and went to.. New York. I guess if you love the city I guess, I don’t know.. Other than that, I really like the idea of a well-rounded dodger team, where nobody sticks out as a star. They play that way in the postseason. The regular season is just whatever but things get real in October and that’s when the Dodgers truly start being the Dodgers as they are always 1/2 of teams playing by then.
