The Los Angeles Dodgers were down four. The New York Yankees had four more points than the Los Angeles Dodgers did. The Los Angeles Dodgers needed four points to win this game. I think we know what’s greater than four. The whole team worked to get this game tied, but there was a specific man in the middle who kept the train rolling. Your 2024 World Series MVP, five. I remember watching this and thinking that we’d have to go win at home, and then the team started getting crazy when it was time to tie the game, I assumed there wasn’t a chance, and I did have hope, but it wasn’t until five got to the plate, that I realized it was over. The tournament I had experienced in the NLDS last year, having the only ring in my lifetime referred to as a Mickey Mouse ring, watching amazing rosters, get destroyed by absolute nobodies in general. But now they can’t say anything. Everybody hates us. Everyone hates us. I just like to thank one man. Good work, five. Good work.
