The Angels rally early again and can’t really muster up anything else. Eventually, Boston is able to tie it up and they send it to extras. Angels only get 1 in the 10th, but it turns out to be enough as Detmers joins Mike Witt and Nolan Ryan as the only Angels to have a no hitter and a save!
