So the Dodgers are pretty good huh? In all seriousness, this was a missed opportunity for the Diamondbacks, I would say it was blown but that would imply they had a chance at any point in this game. But to be fair to them, they’ve got the toughest hill to climb. Their final series is with the Padres who will be fighting for a higher wildcard spot. As for the game, the Dodgers complete overwhelmed their opponent. Even worse for their future playoff opponent, while they got the hitting that’s always there, they also got the pitching they have been missing all season. Even Tanner Scott had a clean inning.
